Cape Town is a favorite cities in South Africa - and it is easy to see why the mild climate and a Mediterranean restaurant is great fun, and the old Georgian architectural structures, restaurants, plazas and green layers of culture in the atmosphere, the whole city is a strong sense.
At the heart of Cape Town and the ever-present in the background is Table Mountain, flat in the city’s symbol, which is great in the rain the sun. To leave here in six minutes by cable car up the mountain, and you can quickly get the bearings.
The town is bordered on both sides of ribs with the fresh waters of the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic coastal plain along the lava that made the city of Capetonian beach lovers. Southwest and travel half a day is far from the Cape of Good Hope, below are Robben Island, former prison home of Nelson Mandela and the other must-see site.
The South African Museum, the Cathedral of St. George and the Houses of Parliament are tourist attractions in the old city, with the market loved green and famous Mount Nelson Hotel. When the sunset movements of Action for the Victoria and Albert Waterfront, where restaurants, water points and retailers carry a full line of yachts and fishing boats.
Soon after a couple of days in the city, northeast through the mountains and vineyards in the Dutch style houses in South Africa’s wine-growing region. This is the heart, just 18 km from Cape Town, Stellenbosch is also known for its university, and plenty of colonial-era buildings.
Many wineries here and around Franschoek open to guests for tours and tastings. A growing number have options outstanding dining and accommodations, too, and a couple of days visiting wineries has become a necessity for people in Cape Town and Western Cape.
